Can I return or exchange my item?
YES: We accept returns for errors in printing or fulfillment of your order.
However, we DO NOT accept returns for correctly fulfilled orders.

Processing times: Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. You have 14 days after authorization to send back your merchandise.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
All our products are made to order. This means that we customize your order and send it to print after we receive your order. This reduces the amount of inventory we keep in stock and allows us the ability to offer more options to our customers.
If you change your mind about your purchase, kindly contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will be able to cancel your order.
Please contact us immediately if there is any issue with your order and we will work quickly to get any issues resolved.
Since all orders are fulfilled specifically to meet your request, we do not offer refunds due to ordering errors or choosing the wrong size.
Kindly confirm your desired size using the size chart on the product page. For personalized orders, kindly double check to make sure your spelling is as intended. We will print as requested on the customization notes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@fergusonclothing.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a return is authorized for your order, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
